Gaskets can get warped or worn out over time or damaged from over-tightening, leading to a poor seal that can diminish flow rate or cause leakage. Attached Sawyer water filters to bottles or bladders by finger-tightening, tightening just until you feel some resistance.
Made of BPA-free, food-grade plastic, these gaskets are ideal for updating loose, leaky, moldy, and worn gaskets. Keep these replacements on hand when travelling, camping, hiking, and backpacking. Each gasket measures 0.985 inches in diameter (with a 0.59-inch inner diameter) and 0.125 inches high.
